By using Mosaic at mosaic-game.uk, or the Mosaic Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Mosaic is a free browser-based logic puzzle provided by Andrzej Marczewski. The game is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the service at any time without notice.

Permitted use

You may use Mosaic for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your Daily Challenge result cards on social media. You are welcome to link to mosaic-game.uk.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute the game code or assets for commercial purposes without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the puzzle generator in a way that could harm the service or other players.
• Use the game to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent yourself as the creator of Mosaic or claim ownership of the game.

Intellectual property

The game code, design, and puzzle content are the work of Andrzej Marczewski. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated. Emoji symbols used in themes are provided by the operating system or browser and are the property of their respective vendors.

Third-party services

Mosaic uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Use of these services is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Limitation of liability

Mosaic is provided for entertainment. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of game progress, errors in puzzle generation, or service unavailability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
